Just read of the passing of custom car builder George Barris.
Since I grow up reading about his handy work, some I liked some I thought they were junk.
But he was a craftsman in a way.

This sucks. I always wanted to meet him. I had thought about going down to his shop last year but didn't. Thank God I did get to meet Bill Hines and get a picture with him at the Oakland Roadster show years ago.
