Hello my name is John (Tooth). I just purchased a 30 Chevy 5 Window Coupe body, been talking to James (Salty) and thinking about putting a 348 or a 409 in it and making a 60s. Correct hot rod. Going to talk to Tom K.... James says he can hook me up! Looking forward to fixing the body up getting the frame in a drivetrain for it. Would like to put a 348 or 409 4 speed in it with a couple of dual quads or three two barrels and make a cruiser out of it.. Rat On! P.S. Burn a tire!

Welcome "Tooth"!!!

John is an original member of the "Boulevard Burnouts" that includes James and other local car guys :).

I've got a 1961-2 348 fitted truck block that might be the basis for a "budget build". It's a double notcher. Bottom end is was rebuilt at some point with 10/10 on the crank and .040 over with stock rods and new cast pistons. Looks to have been fired at one time.

Have heads and intake, etc.

Cheers!

P.S. I need to talk to you about your new lift :).
