Trump Impeachment

1. Impeachment is NOT removal from office. It is an accusation. Only after the Senate holds a trial and finds a President guilty, can he be removed from office. He may remain in office, if so found. Clinton was impeached, found guilty, but not removed.
2. The House can pass articles of impeachment, over the objections of the House Republicans, and refer the process to the Senate for trial.
3. The Senate will conduct a trial. Republicans will, unanimously, along with some Democrats, not vote to convict the President. The impeachment process ends at that point, PERIOD. No redoes.
4. During the trial, the President's attorney(ies) will have the right to subpoena and question ANYONE THEY WANT. This is very different from a special counsel investigation, which can be very one-sided. During the impeachment trial the likes of James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Glenn Simpson, Donna Brazille, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Christopher Steele, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper just to name a few. Even ex-Presidents are not exempt. The shit will hit the Democratic fan, a lot of truth will be uncovered and the Democrats will turn on each other, to save their own skin.
5. The Senate is controlled by Republicans and they will determine what testimony will be allowed. Believe me, everything will be allowed, including:
a. DNC collusion with the Clinton campaign to try to fix her election.
b. Creation of the Trump dossier, using false information.
c. Cover up and destruction of emails and Governmental papers.
d. Lying to FISA court.
e. Spying and wiretapping of the Trump Campaign.
f. Colluding with Foreign political people, especially George Soros, who will be subpoenaed.
6. The Senate will decline to convict/remove the President. Trump will win re-election.
7. There will be a backlash vs the Democrats for hypocrisy, dishonesty, inaction and blind tunnel vision for using every devious avenue trying to discredit Trump.
8. The Democrats will spend the next four years bitching and complaining that the impeachment was rigged. Pelosi knows; that's why she is against it. :D:D

That's why Clinton didn't have to leave office. That's also why this is a farce and both sides know it. However the left needs to pander to its base, and the right sits quietly and says nothing like the cowards they are knowing it cannot be done without their support. This is the state of our two parties. Playing games at the countries expense. Fooling most of the general public into thinking they are doing something, as long as that something is not doing anything real to make this country better for it's citizens. Vote out EVERY incumbent for the next 20 years every election and maybe, just maybe we can get legistlators that want to do the job they were elected to do instead of acting like a bunch of 5th graders.

Voting out an incumbent for someone new isn't always a good thing either. Look at aoc! She's the poster child for who NOT TO ELECT!

What we need to do is fix the corrupt voter system! It's a freaking joke!

Well they better not be doing all these investigations for show! These criminal acts aren't little crimes, they NEED to be punished! Otherwise, what will stop more in the future? obama, hillary and all the ones below them need to PAY for their crimes! (and no slap on the wrist either)

While I agree with the theory that it takes a little while for someone good to do a good job, it somehow never seems to materialize. I noticed on Presidents Trumps interview with stephondemocrapolis that the President said if we win back the house we will do great things with health care. Really????? The republicans had both houses and did not do anything. And I will bet anyone that if they were to get the house back ( which I don't believe they will anytime soon ) they will not do anything just like the last time. Its the same old song and dance like an alcoholic or addict. I just need one more, that's all, just one more. Well they all say that, and guess what..... Kick everyone of them out, every term. No exceptions. And make it so the job is not profitable to them in any way. They are suppose to be "serving the public" not stealing from them.

I don't think anyone has to worry about impeaching Trump. He'll be gone with the next election. I really hate to say that. I like him and found it so refreshing when he was elected, that this country would be run by a businessman; a non lawyer. What a treat, I thought. But, sometimes, things don't work out to be the best. He's alienated so many people, both in and out of his party. Changes cabinet members like he changes his Fruit of the Looms. Tells so many things, slightly less then the truth. Is on Tweeter entirely too much. I could go on further, but it makes no difference. I think I am just disappointed with his approach and attitude towards some things. He's certainly done some good things for the country, but I'm afraid it's not going to be enough. I know it's early yet and I'm not a big believer in polls, but everything I read, has him losing by a good margin to Biden, if he is the candidate. The polls even have him losing to Sanders if he is the candidate. God help us all if that happens. I don't think it's too late for Trump to rein in his personality and make some positive changes in himself. He should really start to focus on the leading contenders and not brush them off as if he already won re-election. Just my thoughts, Carmine.

Wow Carmine, you are listening to WAY too much main stream media! Biden doesn't have a chance! I can assure you, unless the criminal dems find a way to cheat on a mega size scale, it will be a land slide Trump win!

The polls said hillary would win. That pretty much tells you about those polls.

I am with you Carmine. It's how he conducts himself that bothers me a lot. Although I don't vote based soley on the right party lines, the left lineup is so bad with wack jobs, socialism, reperations, etc, that I will vote for Trump next time. After all the left has decided they cannot win with electoral college so according most states now, the vote will go to whomever gets the most votes, unless that person happens to a Republican or conservative.

No. I'm a registered Republican but I don't always vote party lines. Some GOP candidates I can't stand. Whimps. No backbone. Reminds me of the left. I hope Bob is right about Trump and winning. I just wish he would tone things down a little. I think he is turning off more people then he is drawing to him. Has good ideas and is sincere, but his approach and delivery is terrible. He officially starts his campaign today in Florida. He boast that "thousands" of people have camped out overnight to get tickets for his announcement in a stadium. They were counted this morning. There's 200; not thousands. They even showed a video to document it. He has to stop embellishing like he does. To me, that is borderline lying and I don't like it. I've had enough of that by other politcians. Guess we'll see, Carmine.

Did you think he would win in 2016? The poll showed he was behind. Every one on the left said he had no chance. Now that he has shown the people that voted for him what he has accomplished ,you think they will vote for anyone else. If they do they are voting for a step backwards . My wife agreed with you that he needs to watch his mouth. Me I don't care ,he calls out the people that badmouth him. I would do the same, piss on them.

200 is about how many attend a biden rally (in total!) The main stream media won't give the true facts, they lie all the time for the democrats. That's why Trump calls them fake news.

Unless I missed it, I have yet to hear of a single lie that Trump told. ?? I know he likes to toot his horn at those rally's but he has to do it, the MSM won't! He deserves all the credit due to him.

So what would be a single reason to vote for ANY of the dumbocrats? What have they done in the past 2+ years other than bash Trump? What do they offer? I think they should just pack it up and hit the road... MAGA 2020!!!
