I disagree. I think he should make all Department of Health and Human Service employees REQUIRED to report ILLEGALS. If they do not follow the law they are fired and ALL benefits stripped including matching retirement benefits. DHHS reports to ICE. Increase ICE employee numbers in the border states and do not replace DHHS employees terminated by not following existing laws. For every DHHS employee terminated a ICE employee is hired.
