Tubing bender modification

So I needed to get a tighter bend on my fuel line to the rear carb. I ended up modifying a cheap tubing bender to get the bend closer to the tube nut. Unfortunately, I didnt get a before picture. I'm just milled the curved die to get the nut closer to the curved area.20190829_051426.jpg20190829_051054.jpg

I've been there. Trying to get a tight bend at the end of a piece of line is :furious

Ya know what works good to get rid of some of that corrosion on your carb? A nylon bristle brush. Either hand held or better yet a small one for a drill. (even dremel size to get into the nooks and crannies. :D It will brush most of that off without scratching or sanding the metal at all. Good for corroded aluminum intakes and alternators too.
