That pad doesn't look Chevy, nor does the pedal. I think Chevies of the years I play with had the shaft mounted on the right side of the pedal, you could cut off the left end and make it a manual pedal.
I'd say something from Ford, Chrysler, kinda looked Dodge at first glance.

I'm hurt that you didn't want me to identify it for you.Being the intelligent lad that I am, I thought, why not remove the pad and see if it has a part number to search.Eureeka! Part #3858199 was used on 64-72 Chevelle & El Camino. No wonder it looked familiar to me!
