Hey James my cheap champion fits with a p/s box and has plenty of room. 3 row and cools great. I think yellow wagon and others had the fit and hole problem with the Griffin rads. You’ll get it to fit. Hammers and drills are your friend.
I would notch this radiator, but being it has epoxy sealed core not sure that would e a good idea.
Ah.....go ahead and try it and let us know how it all works out!!!!!
I have a griffin also, it’s tight but it cleared the steering box 
that sucks.
Btw I stripped my drain plug threads (in the pan of course, plug is fine) today so I know how ya feel somewhat...

The champion I have is fully welded no epoxy.
Its a Griffin! Of course it doesn't fit!! Ask me how I know 
Just the beer talking, if I take the hammer to it, it won't be to nice to put in the car anymore now, will it. 
Got 7 more controlled track dyno pulls this last weekend.
These were done under varying weather condition and temperature.
Car # 45
The first two days were just 1/2 pulls, do to ran and time to wipe off the gauges.
The last day ways full pulls, and there were two uncontrolled runs (Chris was running the throttle) that I do not have the print out sheets on yet.

Well, guess what!
I got 5 more 1320 dyno pulls this last weekend.
The weather was not the best.
First pass I started in second
The third it spun pretty hard.
The last it was HOT!!!!!
All in all it was a good day.
Even took home a trophy.
This old heap just never cease to amaze me.
It makes me scratch my head.

For a hot run you had your best 60' and pretty good 1/8th just lost a bit on the top end. Congrats on the trophy
