That's one nice 63. That car takes me back to the late 70's when I had a junkyard guy who towed in the very same 63 convert. only with a 340hp 409 SS with a P/G. The cars interior was identical except for the buckets and console, this car even had a spot light on the A pillar. One thing that was weird about the car was it had the little pulley on the LH side of the engine, never seen that except on the Hi-po 409's. I tried like hell to get them to sell me the car but the lady they got if from hated her hubby so bad she junked the car, so here is what I got for $75 at the time. One 340hp 409 complete, 409 P/G. driveshaft, posi rear axle, console shifter, AM-FM radio. Guess I did OK as the engine is now in out car with the Hi-Po heads on it. I thought I got a good deal. After seeing that video I wished I would have tried harder to but the whole car, hated to see it cut up.
