Help me understand what's happening here. The rocker arm (engine) in the video appears to be slow but the narrator indicates the engine rpm is increasing. Seeing the valve actually bounce is interesting. Makes sense about springs being to weak. Oh....it's a ricer engine not a "W" but interesting none the less.
