Last year the original pump decided to get a bad bearing so at the end of last year I got one of the cheaper aluminum ones. Boy does the car cool a lot better now. Last year no mater what the temp was it usually went to 190° to 200° and then I would have to turn on the electric fan on for a little help. Today I went to a Drive-in car show that was about 15 miles away and the car never ran over 182° so I was pretty happy about that and on the freeway at 65mph it was running at 170°. The car run great and new new 3.08 gears are a big help now vs. my old 3.55's. Car is a lot more fun to drive now.
