water pump question.

what is the water pump that is raised, as opposed to mine is more straight across.

Some truck water pumps are raised 348 409. I Pulled a 348 out of a truck with one that raised up like a big hump back camel. I guess thats the one you are talking about. John

yeah, thats what i mean, so its a truck pump, why are they different

From what I could see it raised the fan blade higher up the rad because the moter sits low in the truck. John
