Leaf vac. Mechanically, I can't lift anything else. The tips up front are probably spun around to not damage them when driving around while not being used. Plus you would hate to knock your let on one if walking by up front. LOL!
Looks like it might inject something into the ground. Maybe steam?
I don't understand the light weight grousers on the tracks, or even why tracks. Made for unstable ground possibly.

I also thought maybe it was a swamp machine to syphon plants off the surface of the water. Judging by the woods in the back ground that probably isn't an issue around there plus it would have more like screen scoops then.

I can't imagine standing around and coming up with this as the solution. We need tracks! We need a huge vaccum that won't chop up the moss! We need hoppers large enough to hold 5 tons of peat moss!
