Russ, I'm curious were the blue scoop came from. My 62 had one of those "same blue tint" on it when I got the car in 69. It was cracked and removed long ago buy the hole is still in the hood. Barry
The blue scoop was on the car when I picked it up. The hood had been sold off the car years ago...and later replaced with the one with the scoop. I've searched old photos for the car the blue scoop can off of The original color version of this photo shows the blue scoop on the car behind Jackshaw...Nicholson's car. It is the only photo of Don's car with the scoop???

I'm sure the plexiglass scoop was common back in the day. Probably made by someone like Mr Gasket. If I should come across one...I'll remember you. Russ
