The Z-11 is coming along quite nicely thanks to Al. As I have shared before we are using the original windshield and all other glass.
I am using the windshield since it has the original Indy decal from 1963. However, the windshield and back have some scratches. Anyone have a good polishing solution?

My glass guy says, that if you can feel the scratch with your finger nail, you won't be able to remove it. 
Pat, if you want to get minor cosmetics out you can try the glass polishing compounds from Gariots (spelling) along with their glass polishing pads. I used a 6 inch orbital and the came out driver quality. I also used it and the pads to remove lime scale on my shower. Really cleaned it up. I'm sure that there is something. Lots'a help huh???
