Actually got them from Brad who owns Fabcraft here in the Dallas area. He made them, so I thought I would put them on

As for the cowl tag production date, there is not one. Very interesting. The best I can tell this is the next to the last Z-11 built.
I think Cecil and maybe others here have some production info that can tie to a rough date.
Somewhere I have more info if I can locate it.

Absolutely amazing, I can't stop drooling. I have seen a few Z cars, most were white. Were there other color options? Thank you Pat for sharing .

Silver, black, red, green, blue, turquoise, maybe a couple of others. Yes, I believe there were more white.

Amazing job very nice, and I have asked around here (Buffalo/Niagara Falls Area) to see if anybody had any old pics from Niagara with this car and so far no luck.

Ok it’s been a while since I’ve posted the progress of the Z car.
Seems Phil, Dennis and their strong arm man came by and slowed down progress.

Al, being the consummate focused individual he is has us back on track!!

We are running a McLeod diaphragm clutch, 3 finger uses a dual disc and I decided not to go with that. Not a “seek and destroy” car like ‘63!!
This is with the exhaust manifolds, Wilson headers now installed.

We looked and looked and could not find the 553 bellhousing!! Found the 552, got a 756 and a bunch of others. Could not find the 553, until Al looked at the engine stand, there it was!! It’s been there for about 10years!!

Hiding in plain sight!!
