I installed a left and right side of these on my 63 Impala and the fit/finish was excellent! The thickness of the metal was just like originals. In fact, if these were in a beat up GM box, they would pass for NOS parts!
I had absolutely NO issues when installing these, fit like a dream.
Buy these with full confidence.
P.S. When purchasing restoration auto parts, it pays to shop around for the best price. If possible, pick them up in person or at swap meets & shows the vendors attend to save the shipping costs.
