Ray,
I do have a wider tire, it is a American Racer L60-15. I just bought 1/4" wheel spacers and longer studs so I'll see if that works as well. I just got a Moog spring so hopefully this works.
Hmmm. I'll have to check it out. What are the box braces... I'm not familiar with those? I know my body mounts need some attention but like you said, maybe it completely collapsed. Thanks for the info Mike.

I spoke to them yesterday and the tech guy never called me back. The springs they shipped were not marked with a part # on the box nor the spring itself. Their tubular control arms I had on there before going with the stock ones hit the frame when the suspension would hang, going over a overpass...
Thanks guys. I appreciate the info. Looks I will have to go with Moog springs. Is this the part # of the springs anyone have used? Any need to go to a heavy duty spring?

Thanks Ken. The pan hard bar that I have is adjustable. I am going to see if I can find a part # on the spring itself but its possible they sent me the wrong ones. If so, I'll be going somewhere else.

Thanks for the info. Measuring the height based on the assembly manual perimeters is my next step. The springs are stock all the way around. I have a sway bar for the front which I have not yet installed. I was debating about getting one for the rear to help eliminate some of the body roll...
The springs are brand new from CPP. The strange thing is, the stock springs that I put in were about a 1/4" shorter than the 1 1/2" lowered spring that I took out. The stock spring also looks to be a smaller gauge coil than the lowered one. :dunno Ken, it was the same way with the lowered...
I recently put boxed trailing arms with stock springs in the rear of my Biscayne and the car looks like it is still lowered and the car sags on the drivers side about an 1" - 1 1/2". As if this isn't enough, the drivers side tire rubs on the inner fender. The tires have about an inch of...
The rear are 10.00-15. They are the 30" tall tire. The front are 710-15 also Firestone. One of the rear tires has been troublesome to balance due to its size and the fact that they are bias-ply. They look great though.
I just recently put the Firestone Nostalgic Drag Slicks on my Biscayne, they aren't recaps. I seriously considered the Hurst. I also put the Firestone bias-ply in the front.
