Thank you starsailing for the info. When I checked the engine both exhaust donuts were burned up, and there was no heat riser valve. The pipes were both bolted directly to the exhaust manifolds. There is no exhaust crossover below the engine. I ordered new larger jets for the carbs, new power...

Good EYES. I was trying to get the carbs sorted out and thought this would be OK for the short term. Will this hurt the motor if I don't get on it or should I get them working right away? The motor has less than 100 miles since the rebuild in 2008

When I was up at the Goodguys Nationals in Columbus I spoke to them about doing my vent window frames. When I asked him what his timeline was he said 14-15 weeks. That didn't work so I took them to a local plater and had them back in less than a week. They look great to me and I thought $70.00...

Mike, I plan on keeping the 18' Torque Thrusts on the car and run the wide whites on my roadster. As far as the air cleaner Dan, either polished aluminum scoops with screens or the round chrome louvered filters. I even thought of trying to modify the Edelbrock 2-4 finned aluminum air cleaner...

Here are some pictures Dan, last year with wide whites, with mags and finally lowered. I just finished detailing the engine and next I'm going to add disc brakes and 2" drop spindles , Gotta have the STANCE !!
