What are some of your thoughts on the front suspension? Mine has the original upper and lower w/out the sway bar. 1. Keep the original (replace all bushings and ball joints)? 2. No sway bar or go with the lower control arm with sway bar? 3. Go to tubular set up? Thanks....Mark

I did manage to scrape some of the 48 year old dirt and grime off the center section to read some numbers. Cast into one side are the number 3725889 and D3063 also a big GM on it Can someone tell me what those numbers mean?

Thanks guys! I plan on keeping the original rear end. It's Just going to be a driver/show car. I had it blasted and powder coated and and was just looking for center section options. Didn't know if it was the same as the 9"

Thanks guys! Ok now a stupid question(I admit I don't know much about the rear ends). Will a 9" Ford Third member fit in it? What are my options as far as updating the third member? Untouched, what was the stock gear and was it posi?

Rear End I am not sure what is meant by 10 bolt (other than the obvious # of bolts). It has a center section (not a back plate) and looks just like a Ford 9" Is there a way of knowing for sure? I want to put in a whole new center section. What will go in this as far as Strange, Moser or Currie?
