My 8N isn’t that nice. We do have a doodle bug tractor. Here in the Ozarks most of us were raised poor. We made do with what we had. The doodle bug was made from a 1936 school bus and was used to pull logs at an Arkansas saw mill. “Poor folks have poor ways”

As everyone knows Jim Sullivan has been kind enough to hand make some aluminum bumpers. Paul’s Chrome plated my first…and is now closed. Gina Ciadella recommended a fellow in Southern California for the second one. Turned out really nice. I need to send him the others

Don’t know how…it sounds just like all the old race cars.

Some still use them…heads up classes..stock and super stock. Many use water chillers between rounds. The goal is to be at 100-110’ at the starting line. Intakes are packed with ice bags in the staging lanes. Why don’t others use them. It’s a lot of work. The gains are small…small matters only...

We saved the old cans…used them for nuts and bolts…fishing worms…flower pots…etc. We were recycling and didn’t know it. Now we put the plastic ones in the trash.

People still drink Folgers!
