Hello. Does anyone have a picture of a 62 frame with dual exhaust so i can see where the hangers that are welded on the frame are mounted? It doesn't show that detail in the assembly manifold. Thanks, Jeff.
From the frames I have seen, there is only 1 mount which is welded to the frame, and that is the mufler support on the drivers side. For duals, the passenger side is screwed into the frame. The rear brackets are bolted to the frame.
Thanks Brian. That shows excellent detail. What is that website? Do you have a homepage address for it? And by the way, 2008 has been a year I am looking forward to being gone also. Jeff

Jeff:
You might try calling Shaffer's classic reproductions(they do most of the repro pipes for Late Greats, & others) & see if Warren is around. He has some 62's + they actually use a year correct "mule" when doing all of their lines/pipes. His Wife owns the CNC company that bends the tubes & she'd a long time friend from the class 8 truck side. http://www.shafersclassic.com/OnlineStore/Pages/ProductCatalog.aspx
