My god he musta got the same bitches I got on the phone, Verizon took over for MCI and raised the rates quickly so I cancelled and for the last eleven months they have absolutely screwed everything up with billing. And their bills are all 8 by 11 ten to twenty pages deep, I think they used up a whole tree on a mistake. So far phone calls haven't worked, and some of those people need help badly.
