I took this picture at the 1965 SS Nationals at York. Belong to Anyone?

That car ran lots of times at St Thomas Drag strip in Ontario. Both of my uncles know the car and one of them actually knows of John Petrie the driver of the car.

Do I remember that thing..........saw it at Niagara, St. Thomas,
Cayuga and The US Nationals............bangbang

There were a lot of S/S and S/SA cars from southern Ontario
and western New York that used to run regularly...........
What a time to be livin'.........

The dealership was at Hwy 5 and Hwy 10 in Cooksville, I think the car maybe still around, will have to wait until friend from US comes back to Ontario, he is good friends with John Petrie.

John Petrie came out west with a po stock car that he had built from a body in white that Chrysler Canada gave him.He raced the car at our local track and held a high perf seminar at one of the Chrysler dealers(I think he did that all across Canada).The year would have been 1970 or 71.I don't remember the body style but it was a 426 hemi 4speed.Does anyone have a picture of that car.
