Z11 out of Alaska

Well here's a story. I found an ad on Craigslist in Anchorage ............. Phil, you're supposed to be the Alaska guy ?????

In 1970 the guy had an 814 block and he bought a Z11 top end for it, brand new from a Chevy dealer and he decided it was time to sell it............ Yup, someone, somewhere, just bought it for $12,000......... Yup I was to late again !!!

damn......................we landed last night at 6:00PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has already been removed from Craig's List!!!! Oh well.....................guess I'll just have to enjoy the scenery and salmon fishing now!!!!
