Thanks, guys. This will be my last post unless a something great happens . Times have been bad lately but have really gone south in the last two days. New medications are not working and they will turn me over to a pain specialist next week but I have no confidence any more. Will see, probably will wear one of those medication pumps under the skin for a few days. I have had this cancer thing for 1 1/4 years now and 1 year is pretty much the standard life span so I don't expect much any more. I did want to express my appreciation for all of the friendships I have made over the last years; You guys are the best and I will miss you as much as family. Take care everybody ,,,,, keep those 348 and 409s running ... Ronnie Russell,,, signing off

May your days and nights be filled with peace,
And may those you love be near.
May the solace of that closeness
Banish any hint of fear.

May the joy you've brought to others
Fill your soul now with that light,
And the memories of happy times
Fill your dreams through darkest night.

For you've lent your strength to many.
You've upheld us in our strife.
Now let those of us who love you
Let you know just how your life

Has been the brightest beacon
For you've shown us how to bear
With great dignity and courage
Both the bad times and the fair.

As a mentor and a leader
You have always been our guide.
As a friend there's been none better.
May you know all this with pride.

All our prayers and thoughts are with you.
May you feel their soothing grace.
May our care and loving hold you
Here within that sacred space.

And may God then grant you courage
When the time to fight is o'er
And be waiting for you smiling,
When you reach his lofty door.

For you'll be borne by angels
That our Lord has sent for you
And in wholeness be rewarded
All your pain will then be through.

With deepest regards
Your friend Ray. Adios amigo.

I can't say much more than what has already been said. I can never say enough what this 409 family means to me ( many others too). Thanks for being you and thanks for letting some young guy bug ya with questions when you were busy with your own stuff. What Ray posted pretty much says it all.

God Bless Ya Ronnie and Virginia
