The other end of the spectrum. Charlie Seabrook, owner of Seabrook Farms frozen foods which was a large supplier of food on the east coast. This is his D/Altered "Jersey Jimmy" powered by a GMC in line six. Over the years he ran numerous in line six engines but always kept the name "Jersey Jimmy"

I worked for Seabrook Farms in Prince Edward Island one summer when I was 16, night shift. Worked feeding broccoli from a belt into bins where it was handcut for freezing. Used my feet to kick the broccoli off the belt. Had a pig farmer who cut broccoli into a tub, used to come to work in his pig farm rubber boots, used them to pack down the broccoli in his tub.
We had an old guy who weighed the cut broccoli, you got paid by the lb. He told stories, one I’ve always remembered, When I was a young fella, I could piss over a car, now I’m old, I just piss on my shoes. And Phil, no pics of the shoes. :D:D:D
No sanitation that I saw, hand washing or hairnets, and wear your pig farm boots if you choose. The farmer drove about a 65 Chev 1/2 ton LWB stepside, it had a high side wooden pig box in the bed, full of pigshit. He chewed tobacco, the side of the truck was covered with tobacco he spit out the window.

Thanks for the memory Dick.
