I have a 1958 impala i would like to lower a few inches. I would like to use dropped spindles and have front disc brakes retaining the original 14 inch rims. Does anyone know of a kit for this ? Also how is the rear lowered ? New springs or cut springs ? I would rather not use air ride. Thanks

I finally have my block done at the machine shop. It is a 58 block now bored 60 over. I have a 409 crank and plan to use BBC rods. What kind of pistons do I need and where can I get them ? What cop ratio should I use for pump gas ? I have 340 hp 409 heads should I go with stock valve size...
