yes both the rod from the firewall to the z-bar and the lower zbar to the clutch fork are adjustable.

I need some advice, I changed the clutch in my Impala 409 to a new Centerforce and I'm having trouble getting the linkage right. The car had the short throwout bearing in it and the lower rod was modified, a piece welded in 12in. total. So I bought a new lower rod(10in), z -bar, clutch fork all...

Thanks guys, it had a couple of edelbrock carbs on it and seemed to work fine. I thought it had just been cut down.

I have this 409 intake # 3814881 its a factory manifold but the carb mounting inlet looks to have been machined out. This manifold should have 3 holes 2 small inlets and 1 larger correct? So thats my question did this thing get cut out for different style carbs or something. thanks for the help!
