    Wilson Header Mfg.

Dang it. Who makes the next best full length header? Car will be a little lower than stock. Will run a hydraulic clutch so hopefully that makes some room.

Thinking of running headers. Any issue fitting full length? I’ll be running a hydraulic clutch so no bellcrank or linkage to get in the way.

    1962 Belair

Jim, your air cleaner is a nice product. This one is as still in the box. My buddy Tim bought it from you years ago. I’ve made some more progress. It’s a roller now. Parking brake is almost done. Most brake lines are ran. Fuel line is ran. Thinking of running edelbrock intake and...

New guy with a 1962 Belair

Some pictures are in my shop and some are at my buddies place as I used his 2 post lift to pull the body myself. Only took a few hours and sure beats every other way I’ve done it in the past. The air cleaner is designed for edelbrock carbs. I know show-cars makes an adapter to go from the...

    Borgeson steering box

Any issues with how it steers? Is it holding up ok? Only reason I ask is CPP has been questionable in the past with some Of their Chinese made items such as control arms, steering columns etc. I do run their big brake kit on my Chevelle and no complaints there.

    Borgeson steering box

That would work. Only other issue I have read in the instructions is about the tie rods not being long enough and then you have to grind 4 flats in the pitman arm. Just seems like a bit of a mess compared to the global west kit?

    1962 Belair

I have been after this car for about 10 years. My buddy had it on his lift the entire time I’ve known him. Car has been off the road since the early 1970’s and came from Eastern Washington. I traded him my 50th Anniversary 1968 C10 and some dough. I have since moved to North Alabama so we...

    Borgeson steering box

I’ve read through a few post on here about the Borgeson box and I’m considering returning it to Summit and starting over with the Global West bump steer eliminator kit. I cannot believe they’ve made this Borgeson kit for so long and have not ironed out the issues with it. The bolts through the...

New guy with a 1962 Belair

Good morning. I’ve lurked on here for years. I have a pretty wide interest when it comes to the car world but, my newest project is a 1962 Belair. This is my second W engine vehicle. First was a 1961 Biscayne with a 348/4 speed combo. That was a very cool car but, man was it a chore to...
