the 3spd trany leaks it needs to get resealed. when i cruise i grind the gears.

I have a 1959 impala 348 with a 3 spd on te tree. Is it a good switch or bad switching to a 700r4 ? Does the car go down in value ? what has to be done to the drive line ? :?

vin tag was missing when't off the body and the chassey. the sherrif stopped by inspected the chassey numbers and body got a title coming thanks guys.

does a chassey have a vin and does it match the body vin by the door. where is the vin on the chassey thanks.

I picked my 348 $250 with tripower intake and it was stuck. i paid to much to get it rebuild and i wound not do it again it was missing lots of parts. but i guess thats what makes it fun.

are tricarbs better than a 4 barrel I have a 4 barrel carb on 348 but i also have the tri carb intake and 1 carb i need 2 more is it worth changing to the tricarbs ? thanks

i was wondering if you can bolt a turbo 350 tranny onto a 348 block? any advice would be nice . thanks. Matt
