Thanks everyone for the comments and advice. Well I ended up taking it apart and taking to the machine shop. Heads were fine. They checked all the springs valves seats everything. It turned out being the lifter, I could not compress at all so I Disassembled the lifter. Cleaned and assembled it...

Well here is an update. It was the lifter I installed all new ones and new push rods and now she runs perfectly. Wow what a headache. But good thing is I got to update the engine and engine compartment with fresh paint.

Ya I was planning on making one. Taller as well. For the oil splash and I have the splash clips too

Hey I’ve been reading and tried many different valve adj on my 348, that are on all the valve adjustment treads that I have found on here. But I’m running into an issue, and would like to see if anyone could possibly help with some advice. Before I tear it apart further. Ok, back story...
