Yes, ARP# 140-5003 are just the main cap bolts. They are for a Chrysler 273-440 Wedge but they fit the 348/409 perfect. I just installed some last week in my 348. I got them from Summit Racing for $49.99.

The ARP# 140-5003 work perfect no tapping and no cutting required.

When you say that the Elgins are limited to 350 open Max? Are you talking about open spring pressure? They state that they can withstands spring pressures up to 700 lbs? Now these are the Stainless Steel Elgins ELGSSR-868RS that Show-Cars sales and I'm pretty sure that it is the same as Speedway...

Anybody used Elgin, Stainless Steel Roller Rockers Part# ELGSSR-868RS? You can get them for $150.00 a set. Got some Edelbrock Performer Heads EDL-60819 coming and I need some rockers.

ARP #140-5001 has been discontinued but the ARP# 140-5003 replaces it.
