1958 belair

Hi just joined, enjoy your website. I had question hoping someone can help me with. I have a 1958 Belair with 348 4 speed. 200k on motor and starting to smoke now. want to get valve job done but was told 58 heads were tricky and would need somplace experienced in doing work. Is this true? I live in northern NJ so if anyone can recommend machine shop I would appreciate it. thx!

Welcome to the site. If you can't get a recommandation close to you I am in Ct and have a good machine shop.
