1961 Impala 2dr VS 1961 Impala 4dr. Any difference in rear quarter panels or trunk lid?

Trying to remember which cars share the same parts because I think the trunk lid length is shorter but the quarters are the same. Have a friend asking me if he can buy a rear off of a 4dr and take the quarter panels off and use on the very back of his his 2dr. I'm pretty sure from the wheel well back is the same. Thanks for any help on this.

I know of no difference in 61 trunk lids except for tailight holes for impala vs biscayne and belair ( same for 62 to 64 trunk lids ).
4 door 1/4 panels will fit 2 doors also - just like 62 to 64

Second question is if the aftermarket 1962 quarter panel top half is cut off isn't the bottom the same as a '61?

Figured it out. wheel opening is completely different between 61-62. Looks like 4dr quarters is the way to go unless you want to buy three different patch panels.

The other interesting thing about '61 vs '62 is the Gas Tank Door is located in a little different area.
