My new very nice clean Texas garage find although I did pick it up in PA, I will be putting the 409 out of the 55 in this 62

Sorry, but all Texas garage finds MUST be returned to Texas. You must therefore turn this car over to Pat Lobb, Ronnie Russell or ahem, Tom Collins.

I think there's a law or something - called the Phil Reed 409 powered Vehicle Amendment.

Nice project! I was considering a similar purchase, a 1962 Biscayne 2 door sedan, but it was to be for a race car. And it was not nearly as solid as what you have there, judging from the pictures.
