Well I did it!! I bought a 1963 409 (340HP) SS An all original 51,000 mile car. Yes a 4spd but the stick shift is all over the place. One thing for sure is that I paid for it but you live only once. I do not know how to put pics in here but if someone can show me how I would love to show everyone. Is there a place in the car that there might be hidden paperwork?

I now have:62 SS 235
62 SS 409
62 SS 283
63 SS 409

Next is a 66 or 67 Chevelle!

I love them all!
My 62 SS 4 spd (283) conversion is running great and thanks to all those who have helped me during the process!!!!!

paperwork

check under the back seat, or behind the rear arm rest panels
might check on top of the gas tank
back in the 60's they hid them pretty well
