348 engine harness help needed, solid lifter?...

Hi guys,
I'm going to be purchasing a new engine harness for my 348 tri power. The motor has hei and also upgrade altenator. Looking around the internet and see they make 1960 348 engine harness with hei, but solid lifter special high performance option. What is the solid lifter option?
I'm not sure if I need that or not. I know the front light harness has the altenator upgrade. Also not sure where would be a good place to purchase. I got an email from classic industries that is running a 20% discount until next Monday. Thanks for any support
