Years ago I had that problem putting a pilot bushing in a crank that had a Power Glide. (348) I don't think they finish machined the PG crank for a pilot bushing. I turned one in the lathe to fit. The other option I had was to take the crank to a machine shop to machine it for a standard pilot bushing. I didn't want to pull the engine and disassemble it to get the crank out.
