4 speed shifting CPG?

Anyone racing a ST10? Just wondering if anyone flat foots the gas and rows the gears. I'm getting reaady to put in a ST10. Will it last? Anyone have a slick shift tranny? Liberty? Just tring to figure out how abusive I can be :

As long as you have a good gear in the rear ( 4.56, ect ), I think you'll be just fine. try to stay away from the grabbing clutches... a little "softness" on engagement is good.

BTW.... the Super T10 was the only factory transmission that I could ever speed shift while the tires were spinning !.... Talk about a show ! ..... 1st , 2nd , 3rd .... RPM would stay between 5800 & 6500.... ALL OVER THE FREAK'N ROAD !

I though you would:eek: I think I'll use my 4.10s. I have a set of 4.56 I have been considering I'm also setting on 28 inch tires.
