Looks like they are asking plenty by the looks of the car. It looks better in the pics than real life but depending on what they spent on the rebuild, disc brakes etc. maybe not terrible.

I know cars are cheaper where you guys are at but that's a good price for that car over here.
Depends on what is under the paint. Solid metal or bondo bucket.
It's a bit rough, I think mostly metal but if you take a little peek underneath there are a few issues. There's a reason they painted it the baby blue because the body kind of waves at you little.
If it was as nice as it shows in the pics it would be a steal at $20K. If it is wavey and has suspect metal then it needs a resoration and is priced a little high.
I think it would be a real solid car to start with but will need some body work and a repaint.
