This is what I thought they were talking about earlier….. just cut yourself a hole with a holesaw on the side of the box mount which will enable you to get a wrench on the nut

If you need to access the nut inside the box brace, either use a hole saw as Keith mentioned or a cut off wheel. Cut a big enough hole to access the nut with a torich and the end of the bolt with vise grips.

OK, that bolt finally came out. However the bolt behind it broke in half. I m trying to drill it out, but don t see ANY access there except for cutting something some where. Any pictures would help greatly, thank you.

If it broke in half and you are taking body off frame since the head of bolt is gone you don't need to remove remainder of bolt. You can deal with that later when frame is not in the way.
