690 head exhaust port compared to 817 340 horse heads

just a question, for 65s is there a different exhaust manifold between 400hp as compared to the 340hp, I have two sets of gaskets and their is a big difference in the port size, you can really see it on the heads, not a big issue because of headers just wondering

Not that I am aware of. They were made mostly to fit with the new perimeter frame. Also they knew that the manifolds would only see about an 8 month run.

I figured as much, headers it is for the wagon, do they need the tri configuration , im converting big block units to fit the 09
