I went and got this kit will that adapter work for it or should I use the old adapter but use all the stuff for it?

Use the old kit.That spread bore to square bore adapter will likely leak with a square bore carb on top.Check with Show Cars.I believe that they'll have an adapter that will fix you up.

They have one for cast iron intakes it looks like.

So yeah looks like she's getting to much fuel my friend is giving me his pressure regulator and ill have her set to the 6.5 lbs is what there calling for.

What is the manifold vacuum?
How do you have the timing set?
Does the ignition system have a good spark?

They are new plugs she will run we checked fuel pressure and it was ranging around 4.5 up to 5 or so we adjusted the float cause it was filling up to much but kind of ran out of time had to go to work .. Gonna check timing next time and need to get a vacuum gauge.
