best balancer for 348 ?

I would like some help deciding what the best harmonic balancer for the 348 would be and the place to find one. Show Cars is the only place I have found that shows any at all. They have a standard for 348 and low performance 409 and a fluid balanced one. My motor has a mild cam . I am having vibration problems and am hoping that it is balancer problem and not flywheel . I have a T400 trans in it.

Small block chevy fits, is 10 degrees off, ATI, TCI, Fluid Damper etc., get a new corrected timing tab from Show Cars in Minnesota.
