Thanks again everyone. Well I finally made it home today. My son has done a great job taking care of everything. It's going to take a while but I'll be back. 2 weeks in 3 different hospitals.

Glad to know that you are home. It will take a while before you feel back to your old self, and eat small meals. I know what you went through, because I had the same surgery 3 years ago. It wasn't fun, and I kept hitting the pain medication pump button to no avail. I learned later on, it only will dispense the medication once in a preset time period, no matter how much you push it. If you wanted to loose a few pounds, it is a hard way to do it. Keep plugging along, and every day will be better than the past. Be thankful that modern medicine can fix us old guy.
