Body Bushing's

Got my frame done and slid back under the 63 and set it down on my new bushings.and am allmost ready to bolt it down. I got a bushing kit from Hubbards but no hardware my bolts are good but I noticed on my old bushing it had a big washer on top of bushing,between the body and the bushing.Does a person really need this washer .Heres a pic of my frame painted with zero rust

Frame looks great. Yes, use the washer.

I would use the large washers. I bought one hardware set from Hubbards which didn't come with the large washers. I used the original large washers with that set. I bought another hardware set from the Car Shop which did come with the large washers, much nicer set. I believe the price was about the same.
