I have a question pertaining to a Carter Carburetor sitting on a 1960 Passenger 348/250hp with 3 speed transmission. The Chevy Part number and the airhorn Casting numbers, I have found in Chevrolet by the Numbers and are correct. The Main Body Casting number is 0-1342, which I can't find in my book. Does anyone know if this is a correct number for my carb or is this part of another carb that someone has found to make mine?
By the way, the Chevy part number is 3779180 and the Air Horn Casting number is 6-1396. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
