Center brake Line

I am looking to change the center steel brake line between the brake tee on the front passenger side of frame to the flexible rear brake hose at the rear axle.

The line runs along the top of the X-frame.

Can the brake line be changed with the body on the frame?

Or do I have to lift the body to can clearance to remove/install?

When I replaced my front to rear brake line, I could only run it in as a close proximity as the original. Took 2 people and lots of tweaking. Good luck.
