Comps cam application?

I found this Comps cam and set of lifters on a shelf in the Mancave and was wondering what application it might be useful for.

A nice small street cam,just a bit hotter than the 0950.Slight lope,good bottom-midrange,ok on fuel,.

Reads like a small thumper cam.
