Ridiculous. A person can't even use their second amendment right to protect themselves and their property. If they're charging an innocent person for firing a gun at a CAR, what comes next? Arresting a homeowner for threatening to shoot a burglar? Using pepper-spray on a carjacker? Lock up your guns, boys, they'll be coming for those too.
